Identify what you are looking for and your budget.There are four basic accommodation types that you can consider:
Service Apartment – Apartment –Luxury Apartment Town-houses and villas

Things you will need to consider are:

+ Cost-range and hidden cost extras

+ Electricity

+ Water

+ Rubbish collection

+ Pool Servicing

+ Gardening

+ Service charge

+ Security

+ Facilities

+ Within or outside a compound

+ Private pools, Shared pools

+ Private gardens, Shared gardens

+ Ease of living

+ Location and getting around

+ Pets

+ Flooding

+ Required furniture

+ Move-in date

+ Location preference

+ Minimum number of bedrooms

+ Whether or not you need an official tax invoice

+ Whether or not you need outside/garden space

+ The type of property

+ Length of contract

Step 1:

Step 2:

Your shortlist;some properties may be over-budget due to anticipated negotiability.

Step 3:

Visiting the properties Get to learn the area as well as looking at specific properties

+ 1-2 months deposit

+ 1-2 years contract length

+ No termination in first year without loosing deposit

Step 5:

All Agreed, Contract signed, deposit paid.

Step 6:

Handover property / Moving in

Handover documentation

Registration with local authority.
